- agi asks before anything is paid, sent or deleted. you stay responsible for what you approve.

02your account & @handle
- you need a verified email to claim a @handle. one handle per person.
- handles are first come, first served. we may reclaim handles that impersonate others, infringe rights or sit unused for a long time.
- keep your email secure. you’re responsible for activity on your account.
03using agi well
- don’t use agi to break the law, harm others, spam, or get around another app’s rules.
- don’t try to reverse engineer, overload or misuse the service.
- third-party apps agi works in have their own terms. those still apply to you.
04payments & orders
- orders & bookings are made with the apps & merchants you choose. their prices, refunds & policies apply.
- agi shows you the details & waits for your ok before any payment.
05when things go wrong
- agi is careful, but it can make mistakes. review what it prepares before you say yes.
- agi is provided as is. to the extent the law allows, agi, inc. isn’t liable for indirect losses from using the service.
06changes
- we may update agi & these terms. if a change matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect.
- you can stop using agi & delete your account anytime.
